Free planning worksheet

Make the trade-offs visible.

Try up to three tasks against one day’s availability. Start with the fictional example or edit it for your own planning.

Your entries stay in this tab and are lost on reload. Nothing is sent or saved. Download a CSV if you want to keep a copy. Avoid entering sensitive personal information.

Your next steps

Sample: 75 of 75 minutes planned. Two tasks fit today; Cedar’s revision needs another block.

  1. Review Harbor secondary

Today · 45 minutes. Nearest deadline: due in 1 day.

  2. Outline Loma Vista University reflection

Today · 30 minutes. Due in 4 days; fits the remaining time.

  3. Revise Cedar essay

Needs another block · 60 minutes. Due in 7 days; does not fit today.

A task that does not fit is not automatically scheduled for tomorrow. Find another real block before its deadline, revisit its estimate or seek help with the conflict. “Waiting on something” does not mean that the next action to unblock it is unimportant.

Read the secondary prioritization guide for the reasoning, or use the tracker template to record sources and next actions.
