MedPath Terms of Service

Effective date: 24 August 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and MANNA STUDIOS LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“MedPath”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use MedPath.

1. Who can use MedPath

You must be 18 or older, and a resident of the United States. MedPath is offered in the United States only; we are not set up to meet the obligations that come with serving people elsewhere. If you are using MedPath on behalf of an institution, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly at Contactmannastudios@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. What MedPath is

MedPath is an organisational tool. It tracks your medical school application — deadlines, essays, letters, interviews, decisions — and builds a weekly plan from what you tell it.

4. What MedPath is not

MedPath does not guarantee any admissions outcome. Nothing in the product — not the plan, not the pace estimates, not the AI coach, not a school’s stated requirements — is a prediction of, or a promise about, whether you will be admitted anywhere.

MedPath is not:

  • Admissions advice. We are not admissions consultants and have no relationship with any medical school.
  • Legal, medical or financial advice. Cost and financial aid tracking is bookkeeping you control, not advice about paying for medical school.
  • A substitute for the official sources. AMCAS, AACOMAS, TMDSAS and the schools themselves are authoritative. Where MedPath disagrees with a school, the school is right.

Requirements and deadlines can be wrong or out of date. Some are recorded by you, some by other applicants, some derived from what you enter. We do not verify them against schools. Check anything that matters against the school before you rely on it. Missing a deadline is your responsibility, not ours — including where a reminder failed to arrive.

5. Your work is yours

You own everything you write in MedPath. We claim no ownership of your essays, stories, activity entries or notes.

You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, display it back to you, show it to advisors you have chosen, and send it to the processors listed in our Privacy Policy for the features you use.

You can export everything at any time, and deleting your account deletes your content.

One narrow exception. When you record a secondary essay prompt, the question the school asked may be contributed to a shared library other applicants can see. That is the school’s question, not your writing. Your drafts, notes and identity never cross accounts.

6. AI features

MedPath’s coach, paste-to-capture and practice transcription send your content to OpenAI. See the Privacy Policy for what is sent.

AI output can be wrong. It may state a requirement that does not exist, miss one that does, or give advice that is poor for your situation. Treat it as a draft to think against, not an answer. Everything you submit to a school is yours, and checking it is your responsibility.

Do not rely on the AI coach as your only source for anything consequential. Where you have a human advisor, they know you and your list; the coach does not.

7. How you may use MedPath

Do not:

  • Use another person’s account, or let anyone else use yours.
  • Try to reach data that is not yours, or probe for ways to.
  • Upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringes someone’s rights.
  • Scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its content.
  • Use MedPath to write something you will present as your own unaided work where the school requires that it be unaided. What you submit under your own name is your representation, not ours.

8. Advisors

An applicant may invite an advisor. That relationship is between them.

  • The applicant decides what is shared, for how long, and can revoke at any time.
  • The advisor gets read-and-comment access, never editing rights, and may use what they see only to advise that applicant.
  • We are not a party to any advising arrangement, and we do not vet advisors. An applicant chooses whom to trust.

If your advisor belongs to an institution, others in that office may see the same information. The app tells you when that applies before you grant access.

9. Availability

We try to keep MedPath running and we will not always succeed. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that MedPath will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that reminders will be delivered.

10. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MANNA STUDIOS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or any admissions outcome.

Our total liability for any claim relating to MedPath will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is so, the exclusions and limits above apply to you only as far as that state permits, and nothing here removes a right you cannot waive.

11. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Data controls.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or if we stop offering MedPath. If we shut the service down we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your work first.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use MedPath after that means you accept the change.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we each consent to that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents either of us from seeking relief in a small claims court where the claim qualifies.
