Every item on your list carries one sentence explaining why it's ranked where it is — what it protects, what it unblocks, what happens if it slips. That sentence is the entire product. It's the difference between a database of dates and something that actually reduces the load you're carrying.
Calm is a design constraint.
We could make this app more "engaging" with streaks, countdowns, and red badges on everything. We won't. Urgency styling is reserved for things that are genuinely urgent, because a tool that cries wolf is a tool you stop trusting — right when you most need to trust it.
